Can I continue to use my Capital One maurices Credit Card to make purchases?
Absolutely! You can continue to use your Capital One maurices Credit Card until you receive your new maurices Credit Card, scheduled to arrive in home by the end of September.
Why am I getting a new maurices Credit Card?
Your maurices Credit Card account transitioned from Capital One to Comenity Bank. As a result of this transition, Comenity Bank will now provide, manage and service your maurices Credit Card account, therefore, will be sending a new card.
When will I get my new maurices Credit Card?
If your account is in good standing and you have actively been using your card you will receive your new maurices Credit Card by the end of September.
What if I do not receive a new maurices Credit Card?
If you do not receive a new card by September 30, 2020, please contact 1-866-248-4488 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) for more information.

What if I have authorized users on my existing account?
If you receive a new card from Comenity, you will also receive a replacement card for one authorized user. You will continue to get just one billing statement, which will include all transactions made by all users on the account.
What if I have automatic payments set up to pay my Capital One maurices Credit Card?
Your current account settings and preferences, including automatic payments, will not be transitioned to your new account Capital One will not process any repeat or scheduled payments after March 5, 2020. If you would like to set up new automatic payments, you may log in to your new account website at comenity.net/mauricescreditcard starting on April 6, 2020 and modify your payment settings and preferences.
Will I continue to receive my credit card billing statement electronically?
Previous account preferences such as paperless billing will not be transitioned to your new account with Comenity Bank. To continue receiving electronic billing statements and other notifications via email, please visit comenity.net/mauricescreditcard starting on March 8, 2020.
What if I have payments set up through my bank or another electronic bill payment services to pay my maurices Credit Card?
If you have payments set up through another financial institution to pay your maurices Credit Card, please update the payee information to Comenity Bank, PO Box 650973, Dallas, TX 75265-0973 effective March 6, 2020. This will ensure payments are not misdirected and posted to your account in a timely manner.
What should I do with my Capital One maurices Credit Card?
Your Capital One maurices Credit Card will still be valid until you receive your new maurices Credit Card in the mail. Upon receiving and activating your new maurices Credit Card, please discard of your Capital One maurices Credit Card for security purposes.
