Could be anything, but could be the switch, the electronics board, motor windings, the carbon brushes or worn insulation somewhere. Odd that the plug fuse didn't blow. It needs electrical diagnosis to find out what went wrong.

If your stand cake mixer is not working and you suspect that water may have entered the device, it's possible that a fuse or other electrical component may have been affected. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue:
- Unplug the mixer: As a safety precaution, unplug the mixer from the power source before attempting any troubleshooting or repairs.
- Let it dry: If water has indeed entered the mixer, allow it to dry thoroughly before attempting to use it again. Place the mixer in a warm and dry environment for a few days to ensure all moisture has evaporated. Do not attempt to use the mixer while it is still wet, as it can be dangerous.
- Check for visible damage: Once the mixer is dry, carefully inspect the external components for any visible signs of damage, such as burnt marks or loose wires. Pay close attention to the power cord and the area where it connects to the mixer.
- Check the fuse: Some mixers may have a fuse that protects against electrical issues. Refer to the user manual or consult the manufacturer's website to determine if your mixer has a fuse and its location. If the fuse is accessible, check to see if it has blown and replace it if necessary. Use the recommended fuse rating specified by the manufacturer.
- Seek professional help: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it's advisable to contact the manufacturer's customer support or consult a qualified appliance technician. They will have the expertise and knowledge to diagnose and repair any internal electrical problems safely.

It is not a make I have heard of before, which is odd, because I spent 50 years in catering and hospitality. Parts are available according to this. Getting to the snap ring would be the issue. The gas shutoff solenoid on your John Deere LA 130 is typically located on the bottom of the carburetor bowl, and it should be screwed in to secure it in place. If you have been turning the solenoid for 20 minutes without it coming off, it's possible that it may be stuck or there could be another issue preventing it from loosening. Here are a few things you can try:1. Apply penetrating oil: Spray some penetrating oil (such as WD-40) around the base of the solenoid where it screws into the carburetor bowl. This can help loosen any debris or corrosion that may be causing it to stick.2. Use a wrench or pliers: If the solenoid has a hexagonal base, you can try using an appropriately sized wrench to provide additional leverage for turning it. Alternatively, you can use pliers to grip the solenoid tightly and turn it counterclockwise.3. Seek professional help: If the solenoid still doesn't come off after attempting the above steps, it might be best to consult a professional technician or take your mower to an authorized John Deere service center. They will have the necessary expertise and tools to diagnose and resolve the issue safely.Remember to exercise caution while working on your mower's carburetor and ensure the engine is turned off and cool before attempting any repairs.

There are several potential reasons why your KitchenAid dough mixer might be shutting off. Here are a few possible causes:Overheating: If the mixer has been running for an extended period of time, the motor may overheat and shut off as a safety precaution. In this case, you should allow the mixer to cool down for a while before using it again.Faulty wiring: If the mixer is shutting off when you turn it on or when you change the speed, there may be a problem with the wiring. You should check the wiring to see if there are any frayed or damaged wires that could be causing the issue.Clogged air vents: The mixer may shut off if the air vents are clogged, as this can cause the motor to overheat. You should check the air vents to make sure they are clean and unobstructed.Failed motor: If none of the above issues are present, the problem could be with the motor itself. A failed motor can cause the mixer to shut off, and it may need to be replaced. If you are not comfortable troubleshooting the mixer yourself, you should consider contacting KitchenAid customer service or a professional appliance repair service for assistance.

Hi,This sounds like it's a portion of the whole product. If you want that, you might need to arrange an order through nuwave or one of it's manufacturer partners that focuses on the plastic enclosure tha that you've mentioned. If that does not work, then you can reach out to a commercial kitchen product distributor to help with find the part. To find one, you can check on the back of your kitchen product boxes . They sometimes show a "distributed by" phrase in those areas.Thank you.

Question moved from Cars and Trucks.Stand Mixers don't normally have belts and I don't believe this one does as I can't find spare belts. They are operated by nylon cogs that run in grease. The most likely reason is the she shear pin has sheared. This is a small pin like a nail that goes through a cog or shaft and shears if too much load is put on the mixer beater or dough hook. It often happens if you make bread and have the speed too high.https://www.google.com/search?q=change+the+belt+in+a+Bodum+electric+mixer..
