Is anyone else counting down the days until Halloween?! We have been preparing for Halloween non-stop over here, and I love every second of it! Being able to walk around a completely decorated house just gets me into the Halloween spirit! I love this season not only for Halloween, but also pumpkin spice! If you know me, you know I’m always found with a pumpkin spice latte in my hand. ;) Pumpkin spice is hands down my absolute favorite. Who’s with me?! And that is exactly why I am SO excited to share this easy recipe with you!

Were magic bars a total classic in your house growing up? Magic bars have always been one of my favorite quick and easy desserts, but this time around we’re switching it up! Who’s ready for a fall version?! Not only is this recipe super delicious, but everyone has been asking for it over and over again as well! Having a recipe that everyone loves is hard to come by, but this one is surely special. The kids have already asked me to make some more, and I cannot wait to sneak more bites for myself. ;)

To make these pumpkin magic bars, you will need ginger snaps, melted butter, shredded coconut, toffee bits, pecans, white chocolate chips, Reese’s Pieces, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. The kids go crazy for any dessert that has Reese’s, so this treat never lasts long in my house! I always go back for seconds as well, because they’re THAT good!

How To Make Pumpkin Magic Bars

To make these pumpkin magic bars, you’ll need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees. First mix crushed ginger snaps and melted butter in a bowl. Place this mixture in a 9×9 dish and flatten it. Then, sprinkle shredded coconut, toffee bits, pecans, white chocolate chips, and Reese’s Pieces on the top of the mix.

In a bowl, add half a cup of sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice mix and mix these ingredients together. Next, pour this mixture into your pan and bake for 25 minutes.   • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese's Pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
