Travis Kelce and Livvy Dunne have shared some life tips ahead of the upcoming NFL and college gymnastics season, as the three-time Super Bowl champion even gave props to the LSU star's mom.
Discussing pieces of advice that inspire them and how they manage to perform at a high level while handling the demands of their lives, Kelce and Dunne first opened up on a piece of advice that has always stuck by them on the shoot of Accelerator Active Energy.
'I had a tight end coach in college at the University of Cincinnati, Dave Johnson, and he told me, ''Fuel the fire,'' said Kelce, 34. 'It was kind of like our motto in the tight end room. I think everybody has that desire to keep getting better but you gotta do things to really fuel that fire and that energy and that love that you have for the things that you do.
'You know I just... every single dayI try and find another nugget of gold to keep my competitive edge, and to just keep me going forward and ironically, accelerating through life.'
As for Dunne, five words have always motivated the 21-year-old to go above and beyond: 'You're more than your sport.'

She added: 'Because there are not a lot of professional leagues for women's sports after college and I just think thatrecognizing that you are more than your sport is super important. I'm pretty sure my mom told that to me.'
'Nice mom,' Kelce quipped before the top NIL dealmaker among female athletes echoed: 'Yeah shoutout mom. But yeah that really stuck with me.'
When asked their ways to cope with a bad day, Dunne revealed that she first likes to 'find the root of the problem.'
'I mean every now and then its just good to flip the page and start fresh,' she added.
On the other hand, Kelce admitted to not having 'very many bad days' as he likes to look at the glass 'whether it's half empty or half full.'
He continued: 'I like the look at the glass like it's all the way full. And that's just how I attack like you know.The ups and downs are going to come in life. Everyone knows that. As long as we're here, we're healthy, and we're around family, friends, life could be no better.'
Dunne then replied, 'cheers to that,' before both athletes toasted to each others advice with their energy drinks.

On the other hand, Dunne goes by five words too stay motivated: 'You're more than your sport'
The duo then shared how they would like to spend a day with no obligations.
Going first, Dunne thought about the last time she had a stress-free day before remembering that she 'had one of those days yesterday.'
'Idefinitely just try to unwind, do nothing, spend time with my sister, my family, and do the things I love, outside of gymnastics,' she added.
'I'm right there with you,' Kelce chimed in, adding: 'I think it's friends, family, just hanging around being myself don't tap into any social or any like TV like, I'm just, I'm very, like, disconnected when I'm just having a day to myself and typically it's a lot of sleep.'
When asked about how they perform at a high-level with all the demands in their lives, Kelce kept it his answer short and sweet.
'Um, I would say I'm still like a little kid when it comes to sports. I love going to other events. I love to just, you know, to see competition at its highest level,' said the nine-time Pro Bowler.
'And that's really my desire for what I do in my career. Being an NFL player. I always dreamed about being on the field and I don't take it for granted so it's just a little kid in me still fueling me.'
